Kim Meagher Shelley

"Kim" is very familiar with the greater Bangor region having lived in the area for most of her life. She is originally from Hampden, Maine and later attended John Bapst Memorial High School in Bangor. After attending Boston College for one year, Kim returned to Maine and earned her Bachelor's Degree in International Affairs from the University of Maine in 2008 and her MBA from Husson University in 2014. After undergrad, she spent a few months volunteer teaching in West Africa. She currently lives in Bangor. In her free time, Kim enjoys playing and coaching ice hockey, volunteering for the American Field Service (AFS), spending time at camp, and going hiking with her dog. She is looking forward to applying her knowledge of the area and the skills she has learned from business school and coaching to helping buyers and sellers in the real estate market.

Angie Allen

Angela joined the Rock Team in 2011 as a Client Care Coordinator. Her responsibilities range from managing the Transaction Charts to following through with every detail to make certain your closing goes smoothly. Whether you are buying or selling a home, Angela is committed to ensuring that you receive excellent customer service and personalized assistance. Angela is passionate about putting her skills to work for you to ensure that your real estate transaction is seamless from start to finish. Angela received her BS in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2000. She started her career in the Banking Industry working for a small community bank in the Carolinas as a Personal Banker and quickly worked her way up to a Commercial Loan Officer. After spending 5 years in the banking industry, she returned to school and received Master's in Accounting. She then worked at one of the Big Four accounting firms before joining GE in 2001. In her most recent role she has worked as a production control leader in the Bangor area prior to joining the Rock Team.

Ira Kramer

Ira is a licensed Sales Agent who joined the Rock Team in 2022. His focus is providing clear, concise and timely communication. Ira will showcase your home in the best way possible and is committed to excellent service every step of the way. After 4 years of performing, teaching and directing internationally with the arts education outreach program Heart Global, Ira attended and graduated from the University of Maine (2017). More recently, his work with the Penobscot Theatre Company as a Development/Marketing Associate and professional Actor as well as his life long love for playing hockey keep him engaged and connected to the beloved Bangor Community.
